Professional Negligence Claim Against Solicitors – Client receives five times more compensation after a PI firm undervalues case

Following an accident in February 2008, Mrs A made a claim for Personal Injury (PI). She instructed a PI firm Y to investigate her claim. Unfortunately her case was undervalued and settled for £6,500. This is because firm Y failed to investigate the claim fully.
