Moosa-Duke Solicitors supported the family of Mark Burgin at an inquest in January 2016. Mr Burgin was a highly acclaimed engineer and died a month after having a hip operation. Mr Burgin was at a high risk of DVT and the coroner criticised LRI for failing to carry out a scan for DVT.
